We are so excited to announce our new and improved Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) Agreement! At 21° we understand the importance of planning for the future. Whether you have a new installation or a system that is no longer under warranty this agreement is designed to offer you Peace of Mind.
In order to keep your warranty active, extend equipment life, guarantee peak efficiency, safety, and avoid costly repairs, it is highly recommended that you maintain your equipment annually.
With our new PMI Agreement, all you must do is sign up for a minimum of one-year and you will become a 21° Priority Customer which entitles you to 24-hour servicing and priority scheduling. Additionally, if you decide to replace your existing equipment within the time that you are signed up for this agreement then we will refund you 100% of all the consecutive PMI premiums as a credit towards the purchase of new equipment, to a MAXIMUM of 10% of the purchase price.
Is your system brand new and you think this agreement may not be for you? Well, to keep your current warranty active manufacturers require you to service your system annually. If you sign up for this agreement and consecutively service your equipment, then 21° will honour this amazing deal when the time comes for replacement. Alternatively, if you choose to move or sell your home then we will allow you to transfer this “nest egg” over to the new home owner which could help to increase the purchase price of your home.
